Healthy and Delicious Recipes for the Instant Pot

Back in 2015, I broke away from my normal self and made an impulse purchase (gasp!)  I never, and I mean EVER make any impulse purchases – normally I’m the type to debate purchases so long that I end up not purchasing at all.

At the time, I was intrigued by this appliance that was starting to become ever-so-popular… Now, it’s 2018, almost three years later and this appliance has made a whirlwind of difference in our kitchen (and budget, too!)  As a family of 7, the term “saving money” and “eating out” don’t really bode well together.

After all, no matter where we go and what we opt to eat, it’s easily $40 if not more.

And that, my friend, could be working incredibly hard for us in a College 529 plan for one of our kids – or, in our own IRA. Let’s face it — we need to save money, we want to save money, and appliances such as the Instant Pot allow anyone to channel their “inner chef” and create amazing and incredible meals in the kitchen.

I am so thankful to have this appliance ~ not only does it help us save money, it is an avenue to helping us eat wonderfully too.
