Each offer is limited to specific stores (once you click on the green T&C next to each), and a maximum number of redemptions.
Your Purchase requires:
- A valid date & time, Name and cost of the item
- The Receipt can only be used once and is exclusive to the Member.
- Cash back can take up to 30 days.
- Offer is valid through specific dates only and only for participating locations.

Sheryl–will we be able to see the Free Top Cash Back offers on our smartphone or do you just get those and pass them along to us? I never understood how/where to find them on their website.
I will post them when they matchup with deals. Right now they have one for Frito Lay 20 pks which are on sale for the Mega, but the terms on the offer say it’s only valid at Kroger, Safeway, etc. It doesn’t say “Fry’s” (although it does say King Snoopers, etc.. I don’t know if it works so until I get my cash back I’m a little scared to say it definitely does)

Thanks! I was actually referring to the Free offers like the free Tide at Walmart, the free toilet paper, etc. Or is this what you’re referring to also?

OK. :) Is there a place to find them on their website or in the app?
The offers like “free” items aren’t on the app… what happens is they email them to us bloggers directly. We have a partnership with Top Cash Back, so TCB basically sends out a blanket email to all the bloggers at the same time.
Depending on when I see the email I usually turn around & post it immediately .. provided I’m near a computer (which is 98% of the time .. Unless I’m driving the car)
