Those of you in Phoenix who did NOT get your Target insert today in the paper – read below:
So for people who DID NOT get their Target insert, I called AZ Republic, EVERYONE in the valley, even West Valley, SHOULD have gotten the insert. Call them! Make them redeliver your paper. I did and I got my inserts! :) In less than 30 minutes!
They can be reached at 602-444-1000 – folks, they should re-deliver; and perhaps next time they deliver they will think about putting ALL the inserts in the paper so as to save themselves the time

Two of the papers I picked up at Fry’s had TWO in them! I love unexpected bonuses!
I tried calling but they close at 11, so I get my account credited but no redelivery.
I buy mine at circle k, if i call AZ republic does anyone know if they will send or have a way I can get my Target inserts? I picked up 5 copies and none of them had the Target insert :(
No, I think only home delivery papers are the only ones that are supposed to be guaranteed to have all inserts.

This is the 3rd time in probably 2 months that my paper is missing something. Frustrating. They’re closed so yet again, I’ll get a credit but no insert :(
YEP so frustrating. we buy the tv guide and of course 3 week in a row it was missing. and then also on wed the last 2 weeks our food guides are missing. its so irritating and im getting tired of calling them!
I had these bozo’s redeliver once before and I was still missing inserts….this week I had extra! Go figure! :-/

called this morning and they said it will be redelivered. usually by 11am. nothing yet. he said they have til 5pm and if not call tomorrow. i cancelled my subscription awhile back cuz AZ republic ALWAYS messes up my inserts. they think they are doing me a favor by crediting my account, but that doesnt do me any good….i am out that weeks cpns and i am not going to order cpns online when i have already paid for some. I just dont get the Republic. You would think they would get a better handle on this. What would happen to their business if we ALL ordered online from clipping services and completely quit subscribing :-) Just my two crabby cents, LOL.

LOL I totally agree, I have nothing but problems with the Arizona Republic (missing inserts, no credits that they promise, double charges on my credit card for MONTHS and STILL haven’t been refunded the $). Their customer service, in my experience, SUCKS. I am considering not renewing my subscription, and just ordering from clipping services.
I am SO done with the republic. Down in tucson we keep getting the Flagstaff SS, which has fewer coupons than our Tucson paper. This has been going on for months and I’ve seriously had it. Going to move to the clipping service. I agree……it’s like the Republic totally takes us for granted when it’s us (the couponing faithful) who have kept their company alive with home deliveries!!!

I didn’t get my Target insert either :( I’m in San Tan Valley…..anyone else out here hae that problem?
I get 4 home delivery each week and none of them had the target coupons in them. I called and had one paper re-delivered due to it missing the SS, it did not have the target in it either.
I in QC and didn’t get mines either! I’ll check my store papers!
I didn’t get the Target insert either… Bought my papers at Walgreens… Dare I ask what was in it? Or should I just move on… What I don’t know won’t hurt me right??

about this blog!! It totally sucks we only rediliver same day on sundays…
Hopefully theyll change that soon! Also later this month we will be open til 4pm on mondays and til 3 I think tues-fri. I just wanna thank the,lady who was so nice to tell,me about,this website and to sheryl for all your hard work!!

I am not scared :) I dont take anything personally I just work there and follow the rules. I have the paper delivered too and believe me this Sunday my paper came late and I had to issue a redilivery. So it is what it is :-)
Did anyone else get a very thin Smartsource in their Republic instead of the normal thick one? You can tell by reading the spine of the Smartsource, if it says something like “Phoenix Republic” it’s the correct one, but if it says something like “Yuma Gazette and Flagstaff Foothills, etc”, it’s the bad one.
The one that got delivered was missing the Target insert. However, I got 2 from the dollar store and 2 more from Circle K and those 4 had them! :/
I called too late and was only offered a credit. I am really interested in what coupons I am missing out on! Anyone care to share??
I called but it was too late for a replacement paper. I did get a credit for today though….
I didn’t get mine in San Tan and I called this morning. She said she isn’t going to send me a new paper because if it was missing in my paper its going to be missing in all of them because they probably ran out of them. She wasn’t helpful at all :(
So I live in Tucson….I got a PG and SS insert. Did I get everything? If we were to get the Target insert and didnt is it too late to call the Republic and get it? I new to sorall this :) sorry for the stupid question….
