Skip the drive through – whip up this copycat Big Mac Sauce at home with a few simple ingredients and add it to your burger straight off the grill!
Skip the drive through — whip up this yummy (and easy!) Big Mac sauce at home and smother it on your favorite burger.
Or, dip your fries…
Either way, it’s the perfect condiment to a good ol’summer favorite – a big, thick, juicy hamburger! Who doesn’t love a hamburger? I know it’s one of my favorite foods. Whether I’m eating regular or trying to power through with Keto, a hamburger is the best of everything.
I love mine medium rare… with or without the bun (going without at the current time!) – topped with mayonnaise, ketchup… relish, the works! But the truth is, this Big Mac sauce is truly my ever-loving favorite.
Skip the Drive Through
I’d rather not wait in line at the drive through though — I don’t know about you, but my local McD’s is usually quite busy. My homemade burgers are 100x better than McD’s because they are thick, juicy, and made with a whole lotta love.
So throwing this Copycat Big Mac Sauce together really is a no-brainer!
Copycat Big Mac Sauce
Making this sauce is easy peasy – gather up the following ingredients and mix well in a small bowl:
- Dijon mustard
- white vinegar
- garlic powder, onion powder and paprika
That’s it! I like to store mine in a glass jar in the fridge and pull it on out when I grill burgers for the kids. They go crazy for this sauce – I should also mention that they now think I used to work at McD’s in my former life (that or I have some very special “intel” that they don’t know about!)
Either way, it scores me some cool points as their mom!
Start to finish, this sauce will take you just minutes. What’s your favorite topping for a burger off the grill? And do you prefer McD’s or your own thick, juicy burger made at home?
Do tell – I’d love to know!
