Reader Aracelli let me know today that she scored a Julep Maven box for $0.01 – she was so terribly excited, her email just screamed “LOOK AT ME!” from my inbox.
Now.. I have heard of Julep Maven, some of you have done their deals in the past – I took advantage of it today, but I really need to remember to cancel it when the time comes or I’ll be upset with myself.
To get started, you’ll need to take the Julep Maven Style Quiz – depending on the outcome, you will find out what will be in your box.
The box contains items valued at $40 or more. The set HERE is $19.99 – Enter code COLOR2012 and you can get the box for $0.01 shipped. You must be NEW to Julep Maven.
Now, this is where the details come in: When you sign up, you agree to receive subsequent boxes on a regular schedule, priced at $19.99. On the 20th, you get a preview of the items to come in your box (which is based on your style quiz) – after that “preview” you can skip the month (by logging in and specifying that) or, you can send your box to someone else – you must do either of those by the 25th or you WILL be charged.
Your card gets billed on the 27th – should you decide to discontinue being a Julep Maven you are required to cancel your membership over the phone by calling them directly 1-877-651-3292.
Their menu system is automated – although they have a menu option for “cancel” – you will get a voice message….. I would suggest NOT pushing that menu option, and electing to push another so that you get a REAL person – their folks are pretty nice, but like anyone, I prefer talking to an person & not a tele-robot.
