I got my code, but it does not work. Everything (even the k-cups mentioned above) come up “Non-qualifying item for this coupon”. :(

I finally called them and got it worked out. She said that the coupon is supposed to be for $25 off 1 item. They are going to be updating the verbage to reflect that but until they do, she issued me a gift certificate and did my transaction over the phone so it worked. The code for me didn’t work either. I had to call customer service and the rep said the computer code was invalid and she has to create a gift certificate in amount of $25 to use towards my purchase. It was a little inconvenient when you’re used to ordering stuff online, but I bought a cupcake maker for a mere $9.81 (including shipping). Not too shabby…still cheaper than it was during Black Friday.

The item I wanted was listed as sold out on the web site, so I called customer service today. The rep said SteamyKitchen.com is powered by Cooking.com, which is interesting. She was able to pre-order the Cuisinart Mini Prep Processor Chef’s Chopper 21 oz. in brushed stainless for me. Once it’s back in stock in late January, it will ship. She confirmed I had already signed up online to be on SteamyKitchen’s mailing list, verifying my eligibility to use the coupon, before she processed the order. After the $25-off coupon, my total including (slow and cheap) shipping came to $11.81!
