Was just telling hubby last night that I needed more Chicken, and had no idea when Zaycon was coming. Perfect timing! They are bringing bacon AND chicken! Ordering ends Monday January 9th or UNTIL PRODUCT SELLS OUT.
For those of you who are new readers, Zaycon Foods is a Spokane-based company that brings fresh meats and other products directly to consumers at wholesale prices. Their specialty is Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts – 100% natural, no added hormones, additives or artificial ingredients. Even better is that their chicken comes directly from the farm – it is never frozen, and always fresh. The chicken is sold in 40 lb. boxes, and comes packaged in (4) 10 lb. bags – (perfect for those that want to split a box with another family).
Their bacon is hickory smoked – and comes 14-18 slices per pound. The order includes two 15-lb cases with two 7.5-lb packages per case (Total order size is 30-lbs).

Think that 40 pounds is a bit too much? Just remember – 40 pounds of chicken doesn’t require all that much space. They key is separating into freezer bags, and laying flat in your freezer. You can always split an order with friends or family too.

I didn’t see anything about when this will be. Even looked on their Website and couldn’t find a date.
The Zaycon website says Thursday, January 19th.

Seems like every 4-5 months.
Any idea why it’s $1.69/lb now with tax? The last time they came out with the chicken it was $1.49/lb and no tax. So, with tax it ends up being like $1.83/lb. Thanks!
