So I bought this deal and picked it up yesterday. However I was given only one bowl of Pyrex. As I didn’t print out my form, I just took it and I went back to walmart today with my printout order form. The manager was perplexed, and called walmart online for me, and let me explain my situation. The online associate said that they can’t give me the 4 pack and going to return my money instead. Gee….I was looking forward to use those bowls! What should I do next? I think I should give bad review for this bowls on walmart website…;(
I heard SEVERAL say that they had this issue. Some stores refused to give the 4 bowls, some gave 1, my bowls I had shipped here and 2 of them were broke and they refused to credit me.
Needless to say … I spent 20 min on the phone complaining to Walmart 1-800 number and they gave me $25 gift card. I recommend doing the same. I told them it was for 4 bowls, and 2 broke – I should get my Gift Card here soon.
I called 1800 but they are just going to file my complaint! ;(
I had somewhat of the same problem, but I was pissed, probably because I’m pregnant so I’m in a bad mood ( LOL!! ) I was mad and told them that I was not settling for anything LESS than being reimbursed for what I ordered. I was transferred 3 times, she was rude, yelled at me, but I was in a bad mood because I’m pregnant of course and eventually after screaming at her I got my way.
I’m usually not like that, but I was mad because I had gotten them for Dave’s mom, and already told her I had them. Plus I didnt want to go back there to get new ones for her at 3x the price, I dont have the money, so the gift card will pay for the cost since I promised them to her.
LOL! Hope they learnt the lesson not to mess with pregnant ladies!! ;)
Dont know but they messed up my order at Xmas too and it sounded like the same girl. She was rude.
I guess we should always expect walmart to mess up their orders and be ready for it…I should have printed my receipt, so not have to drive there twice & wasted my gas!! lesson learnt….;)
yeah I am not a fan of their store. I try not to give them business for anything unless I absolutely have to.. I’ll drive 30 min to Sprouts before I go next door to WM. I’m just not a fan of them :(
