Luz, there should be no problem. I use the Scenty refills in a different contraption that has a little glass bowl, some rust iron whatever, and a tea light candle underneath it. Just remember – it’s all made out of wax and wax will melt when it’s heated! You could even make your own wax scents with essential oils to scent it, or or just use the scented oil drops by itself from Bath & Body Works.

I just canelled my order-they aren’t electric. They have to be lit with a candle to work-and i don’t like having open flames. =(

Lucky me, I only have 7 girlfriends, so they’ll each get one for Christmas. FYI, get cheap tea- light candles at Dollar Tree. Keep them in the freezer and take it out when you are ready to light one. They will burn longer and you’ll get more for your freap!
