What is the #1 Thing you Dislike to Run Out Of?

DELETE

Very slow Sunday night, I find myself completely out of milk yet again – as much as I stockpile I can’t keep milk in supply here. Curious to know if anyone has a cow for sale.. I could use one in the backyard.

I was talking to a friend today on the phone, who said “What are you doing tonight?” Me? Nothing but buying milk at Safeway, what else could I possibly have going on Sunday evening. Laundry? Cleaning my house? Absolutely, and I don’t feel like doing that either.

Led me to say that I hate running out of milk – of all items to run out of, milk has to be the most painful. Can’t eat my Oreos, without milk…. Can’t eat Cocoa Pebbles without milk. I can’t enjoy my Cadbury Caramel eggs without milk – and even worse? Toblerone Bars aren’t so good with Crystal Light.  OH! And I can’t make chocolate pudding for dessert without milk either! Grr!

Tell me—because I’m curious to know, what is the ONE item you just can’t bear to run out of?

Coffee… I can’t function as a normal human being without it.  If I don’t have it every single morning.. it ruins the rest of the day!

A spice RIGHT when I need it.  Sooo annoying.  It doesn’t matter what spice, just a spice!

Come on, I’m a guy — beer!  LOL, but seriously?  Do any of us who follow your site so closely ever really *need* a reason to go to the store?  No!  It’s a destination unto itself, and I can easily spend a chunk of time just scanning shelves for deals or products I’ve never tried before.

Conditioner! I always run out of conditioner before shampoo even though I buy more conditioner than shampoo. My hair is so unmanageable without it!

Foundation! I hate running out because even at my age, I still haven’t found one that doesn’t look like I have it on, and the color NEVER matches my skin, so I’m always looking for and trying different ones when I run out, which is soooooooo frustrating, but I NEED to wear it.

Toilet paper.  I have never, ever been close to running out of toilet paper.  Even before couponing, back in my college days living in a 8×10 dorm, I had a stockpile of toilet paper.  It took precedence over Ramen noodles even.  By the end of every week I was at my friend’s begging for food, but my bum was always happy.  :)  It’s my one thing I will admit to hoarding.  PS. Back then $20 a week for food was unimaginable – now I know it’s possible with couponing!

Fruit is the snack in our house.  When we run out, my family can’t seem to figure out what to eat.  Thank goodness for price matching and a very close walmart.

I agree…milk. Not because I drink it (I don’t) but because I can’t stand the kids whining when we don’t have any!

These days it is cereal. We all eat it and it runs out so fast. I can’t keep up with buying it and there are rarely good deals anymore on it.

Gotta say toilet paper…. such a hassle when you know you’re on the last roll, but don’t want to go out to the store.
