How ’bout that Saturday Afternoon bling?

So today is Saturday.

Saturday = SAVVY SHOPPER – or, as I would say it “Savv-ay Shop-pa!”

Our Saturday Savvy Shopper happens to be THREE different readers!

Tanja & Monica!

$5.16 & one helluva Savvy Shopper!
Tanja says:

So I’ve been following centsableshoppin.com for about a month now and have been learning SO MUCH about how to save money. I’ve also told myself on several occasions “better late than never” when I think about how much money I wasted before I got coupon savvy.

Here’s a recent run in which I incorporated several freebies that you mentioned on your blog:

Kraft Parmesan Cheese
Alexia Fries, 2
New York Texas Toast – Garlic
Pillsbury Savorings (perfect for unexpected holiday company)
Lean Pockets, 2
Skinny Water, 2
Olay Body Wash, 2

I used
Target $0.50/1 off Kraft Parm
2 Whole Foods Alexia $1/1 off Alexia
F&E $5/$20
Safeway $/15 frozen
New York Texas Toast $0.50/1 printable
Pillsbury Savorings $1/1 printable
2 Lean Pockets $0.50/1
2 Skinny Water $1/1
And the Olay BOGO

With the bonus coupon deductions (and I think an ecoupon was thrown in there somewhere) the total came to $5.16. Not bad, but I could kick myself I didn’t have the Food City mfr $1/1 for Kraft cheese and my canvas shopping totes, which would have brought this baby down to $4.09. Not bad, though.

Total savings 87%.

Great job lady lady!  That’s definitely something to be proud of girl!

0.34 for ALL of this! Go Monica!

Nice job ladies, and thanks Sheryl for all the awesome deals!! I got too much of the kitty food, so we just took some of our extra kitty treats and cat food to a cat shelter since we had more than enough for our cats. What a great feeling to help homeless pets, and what a great lesson in giving for my son!!
