Just a word of warning… I ordered something on Nomorerack, and it was poor quality.. so I shipped it back since they said to do just that and they would refund me. They now say they did NOT receive the item back (UPS tracking proves they did sign for the return). There is NO contact number for their website and they have still not issued the refund. And, the FREE iphone case I finally received.. (the whole reason I ordered anything) was JUNK and I threw it away. WIsh I would have NEVER even visited their website.
I ordered something on 10/17 and am still waiting to get it. It said it was shipped on 10/21 but from what I can tell from their response today it was shipped and will arrive soon – so doesn’t sound like it was really shipped on 10/21. They also indicated that many others are experiencing long waits and they’re trying to improve.
I’ve seen some things I’d like but were gone before I could get them. I have one more thing in process that I’ve ordered so will see how that one goes.
Anybody else have challenges receiving their merch? Maybe they’re just experiencing growing pains.
