Maybe it was just my bad luck but when I tried this deal at Kmart with the cottonelle, I did not get the $3 instant off or the catalina.
The $3 off instant is advertised, so if it didn’t come off you should speak up at the register. As for the catalina, provided you get the 12 ct, and the machine has paper, it is working at Kmart – most of us did the deal already and can vouch that it prints.
