We have ordered from them in the past (not me, but Dave wears glasses) — they are a bit different in the sense that you are not getting the personal service of an eyeglass expert.. but they have great deals.
Try to stay within the same size as your current glasses ~ check your glasses for the numbers (measurements) on the inside of the glasses, and try to keep the ones you choose within the same parameters.
Once you get them in, you can take them to a local eyeglass store and get them adjusted to ensure a proper fit. (Some places will do that for free for you).
