I tried doing this online and after I put in my info. it gives me a page that say database not available..
I had the same message. I had to call to place my order.
I’m not sure – it’s their site .. I guess they must have an issue with it. if it doesnt work online it might be easier to call – I hope that helps!
I was able to order my paper over the phone with a little bit of delay since she was also having computer problems… must be something going on with their system.
I just did mine online with no problem. Of course, since I already have delivery, I bought it for my daughter-in-law, at her address. Everytime I have tried to get two delivered, AZ Rep. won’t let me. So I didn’t even try again. I don’t know how some people manage to get more than 1. I even tried to put one in my husbands name. Because it was the same address, they wouldn’t do it still.
If you call them they will initiate a second subscription under you. I had difficulty with this when I tried to just “add an additional Sunday paper”. I was told I needed a new subscription and it worked!
They wouldn’t let me order an additional subscription to have delivered to my house since I’ve been a subscriber in the last 30 days :(
