To receive your rebate via mail, buy $50 worth of Venus, Olay, Secret, CoverGirl, Clairol, Pantene, Safeguard & Ivory from 09/01 – 10/31. Must be postmarked by 11/30.
Send in:
- This completed form
- Original sales receipt/s with item/s and purchase prices circled
- Write in the UPC Codes

So the products can be purchased on multiple receipts from different places? I know the purchase price is before coupons, but is it before store promotions as well? For example, the P&G $4 off promotion at Frys… Is the amount before or after the extra $1 that came off the item?
I believe the amount after $1.00 off which is the retail price of the store (before coupons)
It is a shame it wasn’t from 1st August because I purchased most of these items in that month :(
Do you know what I should do if the number of items I need to add to make $50 exceeds the amount of spaces they include on the form?
