Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke Dip is always a favorite at parties and get togethers. Make it with just a few simple ingredients in your slow cooker or crockpot for an easy way to feed a crowd.
Cut the artichokes into small bits, set aside. Then, cut the cream cheese in 8 pieces, set aside as well.
In the slow cooker, layer the ingredients. Start with the cream cheese, then top with the chopped artichokes, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, seasoning and finally, the spinach on top.
Set the slow cooker to low and let it cook for 2 hours. Make sure to stir after 1 hour to mix in the spinach.
