Chocolate Chip Blondies [grain free, no refined sugar]
Grain & gluten free chocolate chip blondies that come together quickly with simple ingredients that result in a deliciously rich bar with no refined sugar!
Servings: 6 people
- 1.5 C almond flour
- 2 pastured eggs
- 1/4 C maple syrup
- 1/4 C coconut oil melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 C chocolate chips
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
In the bowl of your KitchenAid, mix the eggs with the maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
Stir in the almond flour, and baking soda just until blended.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Spread in a generously greased 9x9 baking dish.
Place in your preheated oven and bake for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Remove from oven and allow to cool before cutting into slices.
