  • 1 C mayonnaise
  • 6 Tbsp jalapeño peppers diced, canned or jarred
  • 4 tsp jalapeño juice
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1 pinch black pepper


  • Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and puree until smooth.
  • Season with additional salt or pepper, as needed.
  • Pour into serving dish - serve as a spread on toasted bread, crackers, or quesadillas; or, use as a dip for chips or crackers.
