It’s officially fall here in Phoenix — and while many areas of the U.S. are enjoying beautiful, cool temps and prepping with winter jackets for nights in the 30’s or 40’s, we are still in the 90’s. Upper 90’s.
I know… it seems awkward to say we’re enjoying fall when it’s still a bit warm during the day, but once the sun goes down, we’re feeling the beautiful cooler temps of the 60’s – and that’s monumental.
Especially when we spent the summer in triple digits that seemed like scorchers.
I love opening the windows at night, feeling the cool breeze and am hopeful that temps continue to work their way down over the next few weeks.
Until then… bring out the Pumpkin Spice everything.

Gluten Free Pumpkin Sugar and Spice Donuts
These Gluten-Free Pumpkin Sugar and Spice Donuts are so easy to make. They are wonderfully simple, beautiful to have for a treat at breakfast and are the perfect way to curb the urge for pumpkin.
Mixing them up is quite easy. I recommend having a large ziplock bag to help you pipe the donuts into a donut tin.
If you don’t have a donut pan, you’ll wonder how you ever lived without one…
We use ours to make these grain-free chocolate donuts for the kids every other week and they gobble them right up. They are SO easy!
The 2 pk of pans is a much better deal than buying a single plan – and will allow you to cook both pans at once so you can crank out 12 donuts in a matter of minutes. They clean up so easily, too.
Once the donuts are out of the oven, add the sugar and spice topping and enjoy every bit of your efforts!
