It’s early January, and over the next month or two, we’ll continue to see deals on canned soups, and items that pertain to our New Year Resolution – ie. Weight Loss .. Meatless offers and more.
You can pick up the January Sales Cycle List HERE; use this to plan ahead in writing to companies (Special K, YoPlait, Lean Cuisine, South Beach and More).
Writing to them is fairly easy – use their online form, and tell them, in just a few sentences, what you like about their product and how you use it at home.
From now through February, we are in the best time of the year to buy Diet
Not all companies will send you coupons – but if you read past experiences from other readers, you can get a good idea of what companies traditionally will. Amber let us know last night on the blog that she scored FREE Kings Hawaiian product coupons. Yum!

You can find past results from other readers on the sheet here, and use it to contact companies that might send you the same. Do note: companies don’t always send the same things to everyone, so keep that in mind.
Then, contact companies using this spreadsheet here – it’s a clickable PDF – start at “A” and work your way down the list – if you haven’t contacted companies in the past, it’s rather easy – being honest is the best route.
